In 2005, Cheryl Oeltjenbruns approached Allan Collins of Collins Internet for information in regards to getting a website for her senior care business. After the initial consultation and receiving an up-to-date brochure later, Collins was able to create a design for CM Care Management.

Each page of the site was hand coded and up to SEO web design standards. A contact form was then added to collect information from the site's visitors.

Today CM Care Management and Collins Internet still have a steady business relationship.
